ACT was a participating society at the World Trauma Congress with several talks delivered on topics ranging from trauma systems in Asia and various Asian nations, quality improvement, managing major incidents in conflict zones and on clinical aspects of trauma care.

It was a wonderful meeting of many ACT members and leaders in their fields.

In addition, Prof Subodh Kumar, from the JPN Apex Trauma Centre, All India Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi, India and his team received the best international research paper award for their study “”Impact of Psychosocial Intervention on the quality of life in patients with post traumatic Extremity Amputees: A randomised control trial”. Congratulations to Prof Subodh.
